概述:
以提升我国先进制造装备性能及其研发水平为目标,结合国家重大技术装备的研制与工程应用需求,开展大型复杂装备性能分析、试验与优化技术研究。研究装备结合面静动热态特性建模、参数辨识与获取方法,构建考虑结合特性的大型复杂装备数字化样机及其性能联合仿真分析平台,开展机械产品装配、运动、有限元、多体动力学仿真、综合性能实验技术研究,为制造装备的性能分析、设计优化和产品的升级改造提供理论和技术支持。
研究内容:
制造装备静动热态特性分析与优化:研究制造装备多领域性能仿真系统集成,机床整机精度分析与设计、多体动力学分析、多平台联合仿真、性能实验与优化等关键问题;
数控机床结合面特性及参数识别:研究数控机床结合面静动热态特性、结合面特性参数识别与建模技术,以及考虑结合面静动热态特性影响的整机性能分析方法;
产品机械性能测试与控制:机械产品的运动精度、振动与噪声、刚度与模态等性能的测试与分析,构建机电产品综合性能测试系统,研究提高制造装备性能的方法;
制造信息系统的开发与应用:研究开发“数控机床结合面特性参数数据库系统”、“数控机床主轴刀柄结合面案例库软件”、“数控机床整机动静特性分析规范软件”、“清创ERP系统”等,为企业数字化设计提供软件工具集。
